Yogi Adityanath takes his first jab of covid-19 vaccine

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Monday received his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.


Yogi Adityanath has taken his first jab of covid-19 vaccine he tweeted that, "Today I have taken the first dose of 'Swadeshi' coronavirus vaccine at Lucknow's Shyama prasad Mukerjee  Civil hospital and appealed to all that," those who are eligible to take a vaccine  should go for it and make " UP as corona free " and added that ''come, we all must contribute to the fight against the coronavirus''. He also posted a picture taking the jab.

Further, the CM also thanked Prime minister  Narendra Modi and said that "I thank prime minister Narendra Modi and the Union Health Ministry for making the vaccine available free of cost. I also thank the scientists of the country. The vaccine is completely safe. 

According to Mr Singh, a nursing officer at a health facility said to PTI  that, "CM  took all the information regarding the vaccine and after taking the jab, waited for 30 min before leaving the hospital". He also made people aware of the rise in covid cases and told them to take precautions . India has crossed over one lakh covid cases in last 24 hours. 

As per the  information, for the third phase the central government has opened up the vaccination for everyone aged above 45 years and the union government has announced that "Everyone above 45 years of age will be eligible to take the dose of covid vaccine from April 1 ''
