$35,000 scholarship at UC Berkeley in memory of Sushant Singh Rajput

Sister Shweta on the birth anniversary of brother Sushant announced a fund at UC Berkeley and shared his one of the earlier posts.

Late Sushant Singh Rajput is being remembered by everyone on his 35th birthday on Thursday. While his fans shared heartfelt messages on social media, his sister Shweta Singh Kirti announced a special fund in his memory. "I am pleased to announce that on the 35th birthday of Bhai, a step has been taken to achieve one of his dreams. The $ 35,000 Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund has been established at UC Berkeley. #SushantDay," Shweta wrote in her tweet.

With celebrating his first birth anniversary sister Shweta shared some fond memories of Sushant along with one of his earlier tweet and expressed that this was one of his dream that she is finally helping him accomplish, “I dream of creating a place where students can receive 'free', quality and appropriate education and could pursue their field of choice for free. Building a structure like this, can be very possible with good intentions and practical knowledge of conflicts and discourses. It is about this time for us to acknowledge the 'integration' that is taking place around the world and to enable young people to work and be happy 'now'. Because as they say, the more we learn, the lesser time it takes for us to learn even more. Let's get started. It's almost 'time', " this what she wrote in his post and was open to suggestions.

She also shared details about the bag on UC Berkeley's website. "Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund in Physics supports students graduating from the Department of Environment at the University of California, Berkeley by preferring students studying Astrophysics. Sushant Singh Rajput left this world in June 2020. Besides being a remarkable actor he was also National Physics Olympiad winner and had a passion for astronomy and astrophysics.

"Anyone interested in pursuing Astrophysics at UC Berkeley can apply for this fund. Thanks to the angel who made it possible. With Folded hands Happy Birthday Little brother, I hope you are always happy wherever you are! Love You Red heart #SushantDay," Shweta added to her another tweet.
