Aashiqui Actor has been Transferred To The Other Hospital For His Treatment


Actor Rahul Roy, the star of 1990s hit film Aashiqui of Mahesh Bhatt's Production, suffered a brain stroke while shooting for his upcoming film LAC-‘The Battle in Kargil’. He is 52-year-old and he was admitted to the Nanavati hospital, where he was in the ICU.

 He was discharged from Nanavati hospital on Wednesday and has been shifted to Wockhardt Hospital to continue his treatment by giving speech therapy and physiotherapy. The actor’s family informs that it’s a long journey to recovery which is not expected but now he is better.

His brother-in-law Romeer Sen stated about his long journey of recovery and treatment, “Rahul is not home yet, he has been shifted to Wockhardt Hospital, Not Home, and Brother-in-Law Reveals ‘Treatment Continues’ Hospital, of which he is the brand face. His physiotherapy and speech therapy are going on there with his neuro physicians supervising his treatment”. Romeer also disclosed that his treatment will take time as on day one, the doctors suggested a stent to prevent future attacks by giving proper treatment. Advisory to improve his condition for the future and  just waiting for the accelerated recovery has also been issued. He shared some pics with his sister priyanka to assure his fans.

Director and his close friend Nitin Gupta stated that “he wants his friend to be confident enough to face the camera and not think that the directors will not work with him now”. The film Sayonee is awaiting the release of their hits on the screens on December 18, where we get a chance to see Rahul Roy ensembles with Tanmay Singh and Muskan sethi.
