Bollywood Stars wish Dilip Kumar on his birthday on social media.
This Friday when the veteran actor turned 98 the film fraternity took to Twitter to wish Dilip Kumar on the occasion of his birthday. Some of the actors chose to share a throwback picture of the actor with them while others wrote heartfelt notes on Twitter.
The King Khan of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan who is also known to be Dilip saab’s ‘mooh-bola-beta’ posted an image of himself with the Mughal-e-Azam actor and wrote: “To the one and only who amazed and inspired the world by just being himself. Wishing the legendary Dilip Kumar a happy birthday. I cherish and remember every time we’ve met in vivid detail and you have always loved me like your own. Love you too much. Have a good one, Dilip Sahib".
Two veteran actors of the hindi film industry Dharmendra and Raj Babbar took to their respective official Instagram profiles and wrote “Happy Birthday Dilip Sahab. Love you my darling brother. Raj Babbar wished the legendary actor by saying “Happy Birthday. Wishes to the living legend Dilip Kumar Saheb. Through his sterling performance he wrote Indian cinema’s grammar book on Acting from which so many like me benefitted. Feel blessed to have worked like him. May the almighty always grant him good health”.
Ajay Devgn in a tweet wrote “Happy birthday, Yusuf Saab. You’re an institution by yourself. And you have always been my steady source of inspiration over the years. Respect to you Sir today and always”.
Dilip Kumar’s co-star in films like Izzatdaar and Kanoon Apna Apna actress Madhuri Dixit Nene tweeted “Happy birthday, Dilip Kumar saab. I wish you good health and a long life ahead. I feel fortunate remembering the time we spent together while shooting for #Izzatdaar and #Kanoon Apna Apna. Sending my best wishes, take care.
Dilip Kumar has given Indian cinema its classics like Kohinoor, Mughal-e-Azam, Shakti, Naya Daur and Ram Aur Shyam. The iconic actor was last seen in 1998 in the film named Qila. The actor has been excellent and single minded throughout his young days and has set inspiring examples for the future generations of hindi film industry
