Bappi lahiri tested positive for coronavirus , admitted .
Renowned singer and composer from the music industry, known as Bappi Da, has tested positive for coronavirus. According to the artist's spokesperson, it said that Bappi da has been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai and has been kept under observation. He has been kept under a well experienced expert for his treatment at the hospital.
Bappi da's family requested all those who have come in contact with him in recent times, should get themselves tested and take precautionary measures."He seeks blessings and wishes for his fans , friends and everyone from India and abroad,on behalf of Bappi da, we are passing his message to all his well wishers and fans to stay healthy , stay blessed ,'' the spokesperson added.
According to the statement of his daughter, Reema, "Bappi da has exercised immense precautions but has been detected with mild symptoms ". Earlier in march, Bappi Lahiri shared a post on social media stating that he is eligible for Covid-19 vaccine, he wrote that, "I have just pre registered for my #COVID -19 vaccine ,what are you waiting for! And requested all his mates under that age to book.
