Bigg B sends handwritten letter With Flowers to Dasvi star Nimrat Kaur

Nimrat shared her feelings on social media and expressed her happiness!

Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur recently impressed the audience with their performance in Dasvi. The social comedy film, released on Netflix on April 7, opened up to mixed reviews.

It Seems like Amitabh Bachchan is especially impressed by Nimrat's performance in Dasvi. The Bollywood superstar sent her a handwritten letter along with some flowers to praise her. Nimrat is absolutely elated by Big B's sweet gesture.

Amitabh Bachchan is known for sending handwritten letters to people he appreciates. This time, Nimrat Kaur got one from him and her happiness knows no bounds.

She took to her official Instagram account to express her gratitude towards the megastar Amitabh Bachchan for sending her a handwritten letter praising her performance in Dasvi.

While Sharing picture of the letter, the actress wrote, "18 years ago when I set foot in Mumbai city, to imagine that Mr. Amitabh Bachchan would know me by my name, recall us meeting and him appreciating me in a television commercial and years later send a note and flowers for something I attempted in a film - all would’ve been but a distant dream, perhaps someone else’s for me, not even my own."

Nimrat Kaur added, "@amitabhbachchan Sir, Apko Mera Sahprem, Anant Sahprem, Anant Dhanywaad! Aaj Alfaz aur bhavnaye, dono kam pad rahi hai. Apka yah snehpurvak pata ajiwan mujhe prerit karta rahega aur is amulye guldasta rui ashirwaad ki mahak meri jindagi ke har kadam par bani rahegi! Aapse mili is shabashi se ek chuppi mahsus ho rahi hai.jaise kisi vishal parvat ya Prachi mandir ke samne hoti hain. Apki shraddhpurvak, sadev aabhari Nimrat (sic)."

This translates to - "Sir, Thank you infinitely, with all my love. Today, both my words and emotions are falling short while writing this note. This loving letter of yours will continue to inspire me for life and the fragrance of your invaluable bouquet of blessings will remain with me at every step of my life. There is a feeling of silence from this appreciation from you like in front of a huge mountain or an ancient temple. Sincerely, ever grateful to you, Nimrat."

In Dasvi, Nimrat Kaur essays the character named Bimla Devi who becomes a chief minister after her husband (played by Abhishek Bachchan) gets arrested. The film also stars Yami Gautam who plays the role of a cop.
