Dance Guru Remo D'souza Hospitalized Due To Heart Attack

According to the sources, Remo D'Souza is currently "stable and under observation." He suffered a heart attack.


Versatile dancer Remo D'souza was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a Mumbai hospital due to a heart attack on Friday noon. The 46-year-old Choreographer and Director by profession is currently in the Kokilaben hospital and doctors have done an angiography. "There was a blockage. As of now, Doctors have done angiography and he is currently in the ICU," said an official source. 

Remo D'souza who is one of the topmost choreographer in Bollywood has worked in films like Kick, Zero, Bajirao Mastani, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and also a part of show Dance Champion as a judge.

He has been judging dance reality shows from the past couple of years such as Dance India Dance, Dance Plus and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. 

The choreographer also posts videos of his dance performances on social media and performing on wide reach channels. He recently shared a clip from a dance rehearsal on social media and stated that "Just before you go all out, you need to mark it in your head, have fun doing this routine with my amazing dancer boys and the best choreographer Rahul Shetty.” He is married to Lizelle D’souza and he has 2  sons named Dhruv and Gabriel D’souza.
