Sherlyn Chopra had earlier filed a case of fraud and mental harassment against Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra.
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra on Tuesday filed a case of defamation of Rs 50 crore against Sherlyn Chopra. Earlier on October 14, actor Sherlyn Chopra had lodged an FIR against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty for sexual harassment, cheating and criminal intimidation.
On July 19, businessman Kundra and 11 other people were arrested by the police on charges related to allegedly creating pornographic films. Later, on September 20, Raj Kundra was granted bail from Mumbai Court on furnishing a bond of Rs 50,000.
Sherlyn Chopra has opened up about how she had to withdrew her case earlier given the constant threats and being mentally harassed by Kundra. Further she added how Kundra had visited her house late at night and sexually assaulted her. Chopra said she was allegedly forced to do a photoshoot on March 29.
