Hrithik Roshan bought multiple sea-facing apartments in Mumbai.

Actor Hrithik Roshan has bought multiple sea-facing apartments in Mumbai, consistent with reports the apartment was bought during an Rs 97.5 crore deal, with the intention of integrating them into one.

Some reports are saying that Hrithik Roshan had purchased these apartments worth nearly Rs 100 crore in Mumbai, with the intention of integrating them for a ‘mansion-in-the-air’. One of the apartments he purchased may be a duplex penthouse; the opposite may be a single-story home.

The deal was closed earlier this week and it is estimated that the flats will be worth Rs 97.5 crore. The purchased apartments are on 14th, 15th, and 16th floor of the building of the Juhu-Versova Link Road.

The apartment offers an unrestricted view of the Arabian Sea and is spread across a combined 38,000 square foot area according to the reports. There’s a 6,500 square foot terrace, and therefore the family will have access to 10 parking spots.

Mirror Cites property documents reported that Hrithik had paid Rs 67.5 crore for the duplex, which is spread across 27534 sq ft, and Rs 30 crore for the 14th-floor apartment, spread across 11165 square foot. Again according to the reports, Roshans rented an apartment in Juhu in June 2020 and paid Rs 8.25 lakh per month.

Hrithik regularly shared pictures of the house on social media from his sea-facing house during the corona virus lockdown. The sprawling home is spread across approximately 3,000 sq ft. originally a 4 BHK, it had been weakened by designer Achiest Shah into a den and two bedrooms. It also features a foosball table, billiards table also as a slot machine that provides chocolates.

Hrithik is now gearing up for the fourth installment of the Krrish franchise after he appeared with the back-to-back hits like Super30 and War. He said, consistent with Times Now, “This franchise is on the brink of our heart, so, when my father wasn’t keeping well, we decided to place it aside for a short time. Now, he has recovered and is raring to travel. So, we've started brainstorming and have begun work on the film.”
