As "Dil Chahta Hai" marked 20 years on Tuesday, director Farhan Akhtar announced a piece of exciting news with the fans that a new female road trip story titled “Jee Le Zaraa”, is coming soon. The cast actresses will be Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif , Alia Bhatt. Farhan Akhtar shared this news on his social media handle and said the film will release in 2023.
Fans were eagerly waiting to see the top actresses together in one film. Priyanka Chopra Jonas also shared a clip on her Instagram account.
Earlier, in an interview Farhan Akhtar had talked about how his director side had taken a backseat. He said that he doesn't feel lucky for the kind of work he does because he has done it for years now. He also said that when things come in the way, they are not useless because they are so exciting. "Life has already been designed for you and you don’t have to find a balance," he added.
