Rohit Shetty offers India's Got Talent contestant to compose Music for his Upcoming film Cirkus

He will be co - judging the show with Kirron Kher, Shilpa Shetty and Badshah


Indian Film director, producer Rohit Shetty will be appearing as a special guest on the upcoming episode of the reality show India's Got Talent's season 9. He has signed contestants Divyansh and Manuraj for the theme song of his forthcoming movie Cirkus. 

 

Divyansh and Manuraj are musicians who met during the auditions for the show and became a duo act. They perform instrumental covers of popular Bollywood songs in their own style. Their performance on the recent episode seems to have impressed Rohit Shetty. 

 

Singing praises on Divyansh and Manuraj act, Rohit appreciate them that he hasn't heard the kind of music and they have created magic on the stage. The duo who met during the audition performed on the songs, 'Yeh mera dil yaar ka deewana', ' Golmaal' and 'Aankh Marey'. 

 

Not only Rohit Shetty but judges Badshah, Shilpa Shetty, and Kirron Kher too praised Divyansh and Manuraj's performance. 

 

Rohit said, “You guys are so good, I wanted to get up and dance. It was fantastic! I can't tell you. We are lucky that we get to witness and listen to you”.

 

Looking at Badshah, Rohit was heard announcing, "Right now, this very moment, we have decided something. My next film Cirkus has some songs which are being composed by Badshah. But the background, the theme of Cirkus is not ready yet. So, Badshah, Divyansh, and Manuraj, you will create this theme. "

 

At this, the two contestants fold their hands thanking Rohit for the chance. 

 

Earlier, Sony TV has shared a promo video on their Instagram Handle, in which Rohit and Shilpa were seen performing a scene from Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone - starrer Chennai Express. In the video, Shilpa plays Deepika while Rohit enacts Shah Rukh's role. 

 

Upcoming Cirkus marks Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh's second collaboration after their blockbaster outing Simmba (2018). The film features Ranveer in a double role, alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde. The film is said to be inspired by Shakespeare's play The Comedy of Errors.
