Coolie No.1 promo release garners mix response
Coolie No 1 trailer was released on Saturday where we can see the hot pair of the industry, Sara Ali Khan, and Varun Dhawan ensemble in their new movie and reporters stated that movie giving a New Year theatrical release
After being away for a long time, Alluring Sara Ali Khan and Accomplished actor Varun Dhawan finally shared some glimpse of their chemistry in Coolie No 1 trailer. The trailer of the highly anticipated film dropped today. The film star Varun with Sara and Paresh Rawal, who all were present at the virtual launch event.
As soon as David Dhawan's 45th film's trailer was dropped on YouTube, reactions started pouring in on social media with an overwhelming response from fans. While some loved the crackling chemistry between Varun and Sara, others questioned the need for remaking the classic Coolie No.1 of Govinda and Karishma Kapoor.
In the trailer showcased on youtube, Varun lives the dual life of Mr. Richie Rich aka Kunwar Mahendra Pratap, and that of Raju Coolie only to teach Paresh Rawal, who is Sara's father in the film. We also get to see the uncertainty and chaos unfold when Paresh Rawal suspects that Kunwar and Raju are the same people. While the overall feel of the trailer appeared the same as the 1995 film, at the launch, Varun and Sara said that it is not a remake. However, some social media users start comparing Varun and Govinda in the trailer.
The film stars Jaaved Jaferry, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever and Shikha Talsania too. The song ‘Mirchi Lagi Toh May Kaya Kru’ have been recreated from the 1995 film. The movie is directed by David Dhawan and is produced by Pooja Entertainment and it might hit he screens on January 1, 2021,in keeping with the government guidelines.
