Unmissable moments: Nawab Family Remembers Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi

The Nawab trio, Sharmila Tagore, Soha Ali Khan and Inaaya offered prayers on Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi's death anniversary.


Legendary Indian cricketer and former captain of the Indian cricket team, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi left for the heavenly abode, 10 years ago on September, 22. Remembering him, Pataudi’s wife and veteran actor Sharmila Tagore, their daughter Soha Ali Khan and their granddaughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu offered prayers in Pataudi palace.

Today, Soha shared a heart-touching glimpse on Instagram featuring Sharmila Tagore and Inaaya while offering prayer to her father and remembering him with the caption, "You are never dead to us until we forget you #inmemory #10years." In the post, all can be seen standing in front of Mansoor Pataudi's grave with their heads bowed. The trio could be seen praying and offering respect on his death anniversary.

For the last couple of days Soha, Sharmila Tagore and Inaaya have been spending time together at Pataudi Palace and have also been sharing photos on social media. Earlier, Soha also put a story on Instagram of her late father as she missed him. Soha and Inaaya were seen sitting in front of the late Tiger Pataudi's photo. She wrote on the top of the photo "Abba 05.01.1941 - 22.09.2011." Her sister Saba Ali Khan Pataudi also shared many old memories on her handle to offer respects on his death anniversary.
