The fashion designer and actress, known for her love of healthy and nutritious food, has shared and image of wheat noodles and say it is the "fuel" that keeps her going for many more hours. For someone who wears a lot of hats, food is paramount to staying creatively active for a long time. She knows this very well. Noodles are quick, easy and satisfying meals. You can continue for hours after having it.

Noodles are full of Carbohydrates, which are the nutrients most frequently used as an energy source as they turn into energy as soon as they are ingested. This energy powers the brain and the body. While you will be able to get some micronutrients from instant noodles, they lack important nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B12 and more.

However, some people may want to avoid eating noodles on a regular basis, as they are mostly made from refined flour (maida), which lacks essential nutrients. The consumption of refined flour noodles raises blood sugar and insulin, causing metabolic dysfunction. So, go for wheat noodles like Masaba Gupta.

Masaba Gupta has a habit of sharing dishes with her Instagram family on the weekends. She also delights in traditional Indian comforts foods. Previously, she shared about classic India comfort food, Khichdi. Masaba said that she eats Khichdi three times a week to make up for days she eats junk food.

In addition, the fruit is sometimes used to improve sleep and anxiety in alternative medicine. You can choose Jujube, whose natural sugars provide you with a boost of energy. The fruit is known to have anti-active properties due to its vitamin C content.
